Key ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll be doing:

  • Owning the platform strategy, making sure it's totally in sync with our People Marketing and recruiting goals.
  • Running the show on social media, from scheduling posts to engaging with our community and keeping an ear to the ground.
  • Making our career site and other digital platforms so slick and engaging that candidates can't resist.
  • Exploring, implementing, and managing the coolest MarTech to boost our platform game.
  • Diving deep into platform metrics, uncovering insights, and recommending ways to level up our strategies.
  • Teaming up with content creators, recruiters, and other awesome people to make sure everything's aligned with our recruitment marketing goals.
  • Staying ahead of the curve on social media trends, platform updates, and what's next in tech.
  • Handling reviews and feedback on employer review sites like a pro.
  • Joining forces to create and launch impactful employer branding campaigns.
  • Managing the platform budget like a boss.
  • Guiding regional platform managers to ensure global consistency and brand alignment.

Required skills and experience

  • Proven UX design skills, including proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva) demonstrated through a portfolio showcasing accessible designs compliant with WCAG standards.
  • Experience mapping complex systems and processes, with a passion for creating seamless and user-friendly experiences.
  • Familiarity with analytics dashboards, marketing automation, and CRM systems, coupled with strong data analysis skills to inform design decisions and content strategy.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 suite skills and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with SEO principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, including experience collaborating with developers to implement designs.
  • Experience conducting user testing and usability testing to improve designs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in UX trends and best practices, including the application of AI in augmenting UX workflows.
