The Opportunity: Global Growth Squad Project Manager
We have an exciting opportunity to join our newly merged Global Growth & Marketing team, split across two key locations: London and New York. London will focus on international markets, while New York will concentrate on US-centric global prospects.
As Global Growth Squad Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs and seamless operational delivery across multiple global and multi-market pitches at both network and agency level. Sitting within one of several dedicated pitch ‘squads’, you will provide crucial support to the squad director and squad lead across all pitch workstreams.
This is a truly exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and proactive individual to excel in a pivotal role, playing a key part in the end-to-end pitch process and significantly contributing to the wider team’s collective new business and client retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities
You will be a seasoned project manager with proven skills in delivering high-quality pitch responses effectively and efficiently. Core responsibilities include:
- Project Planning & Organisation: Expertly organise complex pitch schedules to ensure pitch teams and senior stakeholders deliver high-quality responses to set deadlines.
- Meeting Management: Manage agendas, capture comprehensive minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups for all internal meetings and review sessions.
- Document & Presentation Management: Oversee the creation and submission of RFIs/RFPs/other written documents and compelling pitch presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Content & Collateral Coordination: Manage the creation of a wide range of pitch content and collateral, from producing engaging videos to developing impactful pitch theatre assets, working closely with our in-house design studio and freelance support.
- Logistics & Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage all pitch logistics, including rehearsal plans, pitch room bookings, catering, and travel arrangements.
- Post-Pitch Operations: Handle post-pitch organisation, such as running evaluation surveys and ensuring excellent work is properly filed and archived for future reference.
- Financial Support: Support with the financial management of pitches, specifically tracking allocated budget costs.
- Information Management: Maintain and update the global growth SharePoint hub and ensure the \’Way to Win\’ documentation is current and accessible.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Manage the uploading and updating of the global growth pipeline within Salesforce and import key contacts and track engagement of communications within the CRM system.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure agency rankings are kept updated within credentials and market one-pagers.
- Prospecting Support: Support the wider growth team with prospecting efforts, contributing to the identification of new business opportunities.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Provide support on ad-hoc local market requests as needed.
- Thought Leadership Contribution: Support the wider global growth and marketing team on the creation of insightful thought leadership pieces.
In the first 100 days, you would have:

- Explore and champion new technologies that will help improve the way that we run pitches.
