About Choreograph: Choreograph is WPP’s global data products and technology company. We’re on a mission to transform marketing by building the fastest, most connected data platform that bridges marketing strategy to scaled activation. We work with agencies and clients to transform the value of data by bringing together technology, data, and analytics capabilities. We deliver this through the Open Media Studio, an AI-enabled media and data platform for the next era of advertising. We’re endlessly curious. Our team of thinkers, builders, creators, and problem solvers are over 1,000 strong, across 20 markets around the world.

About the Product & Engineering team: The Choreograph Product & Engineering team is responsible for building the technology platform that powers the way we create audiences, forecast, price, and optimize cross-channel campaigns. It is a proprietary solution which has a fast-expanding user base across markets, agencies, and clients. There is an extensive roadmap of developments that is required to support all the use cases and channels. The team consists of several specialist areas, all involved in product and system development, including product management, project management, data science, technical design, and technical account management.

Intro to the role: This brand new role bridges the gap between product development and operational success. It has a focus on how audience data is structured, accessed, and utilized within the Planning platforms. The role blends technical understanding of the Planning platforms with in-depth integration knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and architecture. This combined with translating commercial requirements and configuration resource constraints to define the implementation strategy for scalable operational success. It will involve driving collaboration with key technical and commercial stakeholder teams across the Group, such as Data Science, Data Product, Regional Teams, and Product Managers, putting forward a centralized configuration perspective on new product development. The role will be based in London and report to the Global VP of Product Configuration, Planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Implementation Plans: Creating detailed, scalable plans for implementing product enhancement and new platform builds – ensuring scalability, technical requirements, and internal resources.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improving implementation processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with Data Science, Data Product, Product Management, Engineering, Configuration, and Enablement teams to ensure seamless product rollout and adoption.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of implementation processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking key metrics related to implementation success, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting to senior management.
  • Client Onboarding & Training: Collaborating with the Enablement teams to be a key part of the onboarding process for new clients adopting the product, including training materials and support for both a technical and commercial audience.
  • Staying Ahead of the Curve: Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure the implementation strategy remains effective and competitive.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful product adoption.

About You: We are looking for a candidate who can display the following attributes:

  • Relevant industry experience: Working within a relevant function for advertising agencies, media owners, or client-side, or suppliers of social media and search technology.
  • Well-versed in media, with a solid understanding of the digital ecosystem, but also have experience in other media types and the synergies between them.
  • Experience within a Product Configuration or Implementation team.
  • Proven experience with handling audience segmentation data.
  • Data management and interpretation: Familiarity with the access, storage, manipulation, and interpretation of media performance data across cloud infrastructure technologies, specifically Google Cloud and API tools.
  • Proven experience with SQL, Google Big Query, Snowflake or similar.
  • Proven experience with technical and commercial stakeholder management.
  • Nice to have experience within a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with Data Visualization software such as Looker, Tableau.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude, capable of managing multiple products and projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication – written and verbal - with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across the organization.
