Join the HR team at our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing facility in Hethel as a fixed‑term contract HR Advisor. You will support the business and its employees, working under the HR BP – Operations and Supply.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employee relations – support investigations, hearing cases, and guide managers.
- Analyse HR data, identify key trends and themes and elevate them to HR Business Partners.
- Update HR policies in line with employment law changes.
- Update templates, forms and processes to meet business and policy needs.
- Support functional projects and initiatives as required.
- Ensure bi‑annual and annual performance reviews are completed and performance enhancement plans delivered.
- Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees.
Essential
- Experience at Advisor level.
- Self‑driven and proactive self‑starter.

- Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of work.
