As a General Operative, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day production and operational activities.

Working as part of a team, you will help ensure components, materials, and products are prepared, moved, assembled, or finished to required quality standards, while contributing to an efficient, safe, and well‑organised workplace.

  • Report issues such as shortages, defects, or process concerns to team leaders.
  • Follow all operational processes accurately and work within allocated timescales.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and PPE in good working condition.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work across different production areas as needed.

  • Understanding of Business Improvement Techniques (Level 2 or equivalent).
