We’re looking for a commercially minded and creative Marketing Planning Manager to support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, leads, and sales performance. The role will work closely with the Marketing Director to plan and execute multi‑channel campaigns, develop compelling marketing content and ensure consistent brand storytelling across digital and social platforms. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on campaign execution and performance analysis, ideally bringing experience within automotive, retail or fast‑paced consumer sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Marketing Director in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business objectives.
- Manage campaign delivery timelines, execution progress and performance tracking to ensure achievement of key KPIs including awareness, leads, engagement and sales conversion.
- Conduct post‑campaign reviews and performance analysis, identifying insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and manage marketing content plans across multiple digital and social platforms including Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, Weibo and automotive vertical media platforms.
- Create engaging and commercially effective content including brand storytelling, product messaging, scenario‑based copywriting, campaign materials and short‑form video scripts.
- Ensure all marketing communications maintain a consistent brand tone, visual identity and messaging across channels.
- Support new vehicle launch campaigns, retail activations and integrated marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agencies, media partners, Key Opinion Leaders and external suppliers to deliver campaigns effectively and on schedule.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to support campaign planning and innovation opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related discipline (preferred).
- Previous experience in a marketing planning, campaign management or integrated marketing role within an OEM.
- Strong end‑to‑end campaign management capability, with the ability to take initiatives from concept through to execution and performance evaluation.
- Experience creating marketing proposals, execution plans, campaign reports and performance analysis.
- Strong copywriting and content planning skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different digital and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of social and digital marketing platforms including Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels and Weibo.
- Experience within automotive, retail or consumer‑focused industries would be advantageous.
- Exposure to vehicle launch campaigns, retail activation activity or integrated brand campaigns would be beneficial.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Established industry relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, media or marketing partners would be an advantage.
