Position Summary: Social Media Manager based in Coventry at the Global Commercial site. Reports to the Commercial Europe Region Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop content strategy, manage calendars, and plan integrated campaigns aligned with product launches and cultural trends.
- Build and nurture an influencer ecosystem, selecting and engaging creators through a structured pipeline.
- Lead end‑to‑end co‑creation projects, from ideation and production to distribution, evaluation, and performance framework.
- Optimize platform presence and growth; research algorithm changes and capture trending search intent.
- Track data and build dashboards to monitor performance metrics such as CPM, engagement rate, CPL, and Search Index growth.
- Define luxury consumer targeting and ensure creator quality meets brand fit, audience depth, and lead‑generation potential.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, track industry trends, and provide monthly insight reports.
- Set and monitor quantitative and qualitative KPIs, ensuring campaigns drive visibility, relevance, and commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with CRM, sales and dealer teams to link social activity to lead capture, retargeting and test‑drive bookings.
- Maintain premium brand standards, ensuring visual consistency and accurate technical messaging across markets.
