To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Digital Channel & CRM Manager in the Group Marketing Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry.
What you'll do
- Support the development of the Global .com Strategy
- Have a strong vision about how CX should be on the website
- Build, optimize and develop the website in alignment with key stakeholders
- Operate the CMS
- Analyze the data to enhance your understanding of our users and deliver insights that drive personalized experiences
- Create top notch, state of the art SEO friendly pages (in all languages)
- Responsible for the website performance to achieve business objectives
- Manage CRM system and deliver communication campaigns towards actual customers and prospects
- Analyze data on a regular basis through existing platforms, including LookerStudio (Google) and Salesforce.
- Provide regular reporting
- Agency management on a daily basis and budget management
What you'll bring
Essential:
- Proven experience in digital content, CRM, project management, publishing, and distribution.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Affinity with UX and UI design.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance.

Additional Information
This role will be working from our Coventry office. This role will be working on-site, full time. Frequent travel might be required to visit different entities. Applicants must therefore possess the ability to travel freely without restrictions. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without VISA sponsorship.
