IPS is an international company with in-house Engineering and specialized services across Project Management for industries, Automation and Architecture. We are looking for a Project Manager in our office in Warrington, UK.
As Project Manager of IPS, you will have the responsibility for the planning and management in a wide range of packages and/or complete projects, ranging from small improvements to large projects. Your role will be to team up with the Project Team, applying the IPS project management methodology and using the best available Project Management tools to support our customers reaching their goals.
The management of your project can include multiple phases and/or specialization:
- Project feasibility: process description, plant layout, overall Time Schedule, procurement Strategy, financial plan
- Project preparation phase: investment analysis, basic engineering, permitting, financing and procurement.
- Project realization phase: project management; detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning management, operational management.
Who are you?
- Engineer Degree such as Mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering or related Fields
- At least 3 years of experience as a project manager and/or Project engineer
- Knowledge and Experience in CDM Regulations
- Experience or Knowledge in Utilities
- Experience on complete life cycle of projects such as master planning, feasibility, permitting, civil works and main infrastructure needs, contracting and construction management and supervision.
- Feeling comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.
- Competences MS Office
- Languages: English. French is a plus.
- Open to regular mobility to sites within a surrounding area, up to a certain distance.
