We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager with proven leadership skills and a strong technical background in cybersecurity. In this role, you will drive the creation of compelling content, and also act as a bridge between our marketing and technical teams, collaborating closely with cybersecurity analysts to extract technical insights and translate them into impactful marketing communications. This is a strategic position with significant growth potential. The position is open to candidates who can work from our offices or remotely.
Tasks to solve:
- Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts and technical teams to gather in-depth insights, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance in all marketing communications.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that positions our company as a thought leader and trusted authority in cybersecurity.
- Produce and oversee the creation of high-quality articles, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, presentations, web copy, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure editorial excellence by maintaining and enforcing content guidelines, tone of voice, and brand consistency across all channels.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics), and optimise strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Build and manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evolving customer challenges through research and direct engagement with industry experts and analysts.
- Work cross-functionally with product owners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to craft and communicate the core benefits of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Champion innovation in content formats and distribution channels to maximize reach and engagement.
What success looks like:
- Proven experience in content marketing within the cybersecurity or high-tech sector, with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Solid technical acumen β ability to understand and communicate complex cybersecurity concepts clearly and accurately.
- Familiarity with product positioning principles and readiness to prepare material based on selling points and value propositions provided by colleagues.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing content performance in marketing automation systems (Marketo, HubSpot), Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with both creative and technical stakeholders.
- Independent worker capable of managing multiple deadlines with little supervision.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- English fluency is a must.
