What makes the role special
We are seeking a senior Sales/GTM Expert Recruiter who will play a critical role in driving Group-IB’s business growth through strategic hiring. This position directly impacts our revenue and market expansion by building world-class Go-To-Market teams globally. It is a strategic role, partnering closely with Sales leadership to shape our future talent strategy and accelerate the company’s success.
Location: Flexible (Madrid, Amsterdam, UK or Dubai)
Role responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior GTM roles globally, with a strong focus on senior sales and sales leadership in cybersecurity.
- Act as a strategic hiring partner to Sales Vertical Leaders, deeply understanding business priorities and translating them into focused hiring plans.
- Operate as a true headhunter: map the market, identify top talent, and proactively engage high-impact, passive candidates.
- Build and continuously grow a strong global network of senior Sales Leaders.
- Lead and close complex offer negotiations for senior candidates in highly competitive markets.
- Bring clear market intelligence to the business: talent availability, competitor landscape, and compensation benchmarks.
- Adapt quickly across regions, understanding local market dynamics and hiring practices.
- Represent Group-IB as an employer of choice through strong candidate engagement and storytelling.
- Deliver a high-touch, professional candidate experience for senior-level hires.
Qualifications
- Strong background in recruitment agencies and a proven track record of hiring senior sales profiles.
