About Us

At Outcomes First Group, we believe every child can thrive when given the right environment for success. As one of the world’s leading providers in our sector, we deliver exceptional, research-led education tailored to each individual, with smaller class sizes and personalised learning plans. Our vision is to empower every child with a world-class education that nurtures potential and inspires lifelong learning. Our mission is to unlock that potential through personalised learning and opportunity. And our promise is simple: we listen, we work together, and we are accountable to one another to make the remarkable happen.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced International Cash Manager to play a key role in establishing and managing Outcomes First Group’s international cash and treasury infrastructure as the business continues to expand globally. You will be responsible for ensuring robust international banking structures, effective foreign currency management, and clear visibility of cash flows across new and existing markets. Working closely with finance and operational teams, you will help maintain liquidity, support international growth, and ensure the efficient and compliant management of funds across borders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage international banking arrangements, including opening and maintaining bank accounts in new jurisdictions.
  • Support the development and execution of international cash and liquidity management strategies.
  • Monitor currency exposures and assess payment requirements to ensure appropriate foreign exchange coverage and hedging, where required.
  • Work closely with local and international finance teams to build and maintain short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure daily cash positioning is accurate, visible, and aligned with operational needs across multiple currencies and legal entities.
  • Support intercompany funding flows and cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners, ensuring service quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with OFG’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate on international expansion projects, ensuring treasury infrastructure is in place to support operational go-live.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international banking regulations, local treasury requirements, and market best practice.
  • Promote treasury awareness and compliance across the wider finance and operational teams.

Experience & Skills

Essential:

  • Experience in international treasury, corporate cash management, or a related finance role within a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of international banking systems, payment practices, and foreign exchange risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging with banks, internal stakeholders, and third-party providers.

Desirable:

  • Hands-on experience setting up banking operations in new countries.
  • Experience working with treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP systems.
  • ACT qualification (e.g. Certificate in International Cash Management) or willingness to undertake this training.
  • Language skills, particularly Arabic or Spanish; Italian and German would also be advantageous.
