Group GTI is hiring a Key Account & Customer Success Manager to support university partnerships and maximise value from the targetconnect platform. You will lead onboarding, proactive relationship management and responsive day-to-day support for a portfolio of university accounts.

Based in the UK, the role is hybrid with offices in Wallingford or London. You will drive customer success metrics, deliver training and identify growth opportunities across existing relationships.
