About the Team

The Marketing Operations team sits within our wider Student Success function, whose mission is to positively impact hundreds of thousands of students across the UK and EMEA. Together, we support students throughout their career journey—through the targetjobs platform, social media, ambassador programmes, and industry‑leading events. As part of this collaborative and dynamic team, you’ll contribute to campaigns that engage students both digitally and face‑to‑face, helping them discover exciting opportunities with top employers.

About this role

As a Marketing Campaign Executive, you will play a key supporting role in the delivery of multi‑channel campaigns by providing coordination, administrative support, and executional assistance across a wide range of activity. Working closely with the Marketing Operations Team, you’ll help manage social media content creation, social media campaigns, organic and paid social scheduling, ambassador programmes, schedule paid media content, organise campaign logistics, support candidate communications, and contribute to accurate and timely reporting. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role ideal for someone who is organised, detail‑oriented, and passionate about student engagement and campaign delivery.

  • Plan, create, and schedule organic social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for both Group GTI brands and client campaigns, maintaining brand consistency and optimising for platform‑specific engagement metrics.
  • Execute paid social media campaigns end‑to‑end, including audience targeting setup on platform, support with creative brief development, ad copy and asset coordination, budget monitoring, and performance tracking against agreed KPIs (CPM, CPC, engagement rate, conversions).
  • Deliver monthly client social media retainers and project work including content calendars, copywriting, asset sourcing/creation, community management responses, and regular performance reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Attend client locations as necessary with the Marketing Operations Team to support filming, content creation and activities for client campaigns.
  • Manage social media campaign operations including briefing designers for social assets, coordinating approval workflows with clients, scheduling posts via social management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), and maintaining content libraries and asset banks.
  • Monitor and report on social media performance across organic and paid activity, producing weekly/monthly analytics reports, identifying trends and opportunities, conducting competitor social audits, and presenting insights to inform future campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with Student Success and Events teams to amplify event promotion, ambassador campaigns, and student engagement initiatives through targeted social media activation, live event coverage, and user‑generated content campaigns.
  • Successful administration of client marketing campaigns, ambassadors and paid media channels
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of marketing campaigns across EMEA, supporting activity across email, social, campus, and digital channels.
  • Help organise logistics and campaign materials for ambassador programmes and student‑facing activations.
  • Provide hands‑on support during key campaign phases, including onboarding, training, and briefing of ambassadors.
  • Attend campus activations, as necessary, with the rest of the Marketing Operations Team for client roadshows.
  • Maintain campaign trackers, timelines, and documentation to support smooth delivery and reporting.
  • Help with campaign invoicing, budgeting processes, and ambassador payments in coordination with the Marketing Campaign Manager.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign assets, schedules, and deliverables are managed effectively including using AI tools to automate the delivery of workflows and process where possible.
  • Work with the Marketing and Attraction manager to successfully administrate bookings and content for paid media channels on behalf of clients.
  • Ambassadors are recruited, trained, and managed effectively
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and day‑to‑day coordination of student brand and digital ambassadors including writing briefings and messaging for the ambassadors.
  • Maintain clear records of ambassador activity, manage communications, and assist in responding to queries or challenges.
  • Assist with scheduling, incentive tracking, and performance reporting across all ambassador‑led campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively, including ambassador payments, third‑party costs, and logistics, ensuring all activity is delivered within agreed financial parameters.
  • Reports on performance are timely, and ideas, tests or solutions are inputted from across the team to solve problems for students, clients or GTI
  • Assist in collecting, formatting, and inputting campaign performance data across channels.
  • Help prepare reporting dashboards and updates to share with internal teams and clients.
  • Support post‑campaign reviews by gathering ambassador feedback, social media or channel performance metrics and tracking results.

  • Any prior experience working in a part‑time job, university society, internship, or volunteer role is a bonus—but not essential.
