The Role Aim: To drive exceptional delivery across candidate management platform and client projects by ensuring seamless operations, optimised resources, and consistently high client and candidate satisfaction. Act as a strategic member of the RPO Leadership Team, providing insight, leadership, and coaching to junior team members to ensure operational excellence.
Outcomes:
- Optimised Resource Allocation Across Client Projects: Associates and flexible resources are deployed efficiently, ensuring all client projects are fully resourced to meet timelines and service expectations. Resource allocation is continuously monitored and adjusted to maximise utilisation, maintain team wellbeing, and prevent bottlenecks. Collaboration with client delivery teams ensures accurate forecasting, anticipates peaks in demand, and enables proactive planning. Finance, HR and IT processes are aligned so that all associates have contracts, system access, and onboarding completed in time to support project delivery. Timesheets and resource tracking tools are actively used to monitor capacity and project requirements, enabling data-driven allocation decisions.
- Efficient Attraction Channel Purchasing: All third-party attraction channels are purchased at best price, accurately and within budget. Purchase Orders are consistently raised, approved, and tracked.
- Accurate and Timely Client Invoicing: Client invoice requirements are raised on the platform promptly and accurately, reconciling against project delivery and purchase activity.
- High-Performing Teams: Client Delivery Centre and Customer Success team members receive guidance, support, and development to achieve their full potential. Teams consistently meet KPIs and service standards, resulting in improved delivery outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Client Satisfaction & Relationship Management: First-line support for the candidate management platform is consistently effective, with issues resolved quickly and proactively. Clients experience rapid resolution of issues and proactive communication. Platform implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and optimised for client success, in collaboration with technical teams.
Person Specification:
- Proven track record in delivering operational excellence in recruitment, RPO, or HR tech environments.
- You will be a team player, committed to and motivated by the success of the team.
