Our Product team sits at the intersection of student needs, employer expectations, and university partnerships. We design and build digital products that power early careers recruitment, learning, talent engagement, and high-impact student experiences. Bringing your own leadership, creativity and data-driven mindset, you will collaborate closely with UX/UI, engineering, data teams, and sector specialists to craft products used by millions of students and thousands of institutions and employers across the UK and abroad.
As a senior member of the Product team reporting into the CPO, you will lead complex product initiatives across GTI’s early careers ecosystem. You will own product vision and strategy for one or more domains, identifying growth opportunities, relentlessly optimising and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that deeply resonate with Gen Z users entering the world of work. You will be responsible for shaping the next generation of GTI’s platforms, leveraging behavioural analytics, AI-driven features and exceptional user experience design. You will be expected to bring specialist knowledge in at least one area of early careers recruitment, student engagement or talent technology, have demonstrated traffic and conversion growth within a competitive organic B2C environment and blend creative flair with UX principles and rigorous data analysis. This role is ideally suited to candidates with a passion for crafting elegant product solutions for a GenZ audience and a deep interest in UX/UI, UX copywriting and behavioural analytics.

- An experienced product manager/leader from a relevant B2C sector with a UX/UI flair backed by data-led thinking.

- Preference for someone from a jobs board background or related competitive GenZ space.
- Experience driving growth and CRO in an SEO landscape.
- Ideally able to work from our Wallingford head office or London office.
- A strategic leader who brings new ideas, evidence-based thinking, and creative solutions.
- Clear and confident communication skills—able to influence at all levels.
- Adaptable to change, comfortable in fast-paced and evolving environments.

Work Experience, Knowledge & Skills
We will only progress candidates who demonstrate exceptional experience and specialist knowledge in at least one of:
- Jobs boards or recruitment platforms (preferably early careers).
- Other high-engagement and competitive Gen Z-focused digital products or communities.
- Senior level product management experience.
- Creative flair - demonstrated passion for clean, elegant, user-centric design for a GenZ audience with strong understanding and interest in modern front-end UX/UI principles.
- Proven ability to lead complex product programmes end-to-end.
- Experience building or launching AI-driven features or workflows + demonstrable experience with rapid prototyping tools (e.g. Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, etc).
- Expert knowledge of Atlassian Suite (JIRA, JPD, Knowledgebase / Confluence).
- Strong behavioural and data analytics background, able to proactively source and interrogate data —preferably with Looker, Google Analytics, ideally SQL skills.
- Ability to define KPIs, derive insights, and drive product decisions from data.
- Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with experience developing multi-year product roadmaps.
- Excellent prioritisation skills, balancing user value, commercial impact, and technical feasibility.
Other Information
