- Provide advice, guidance, and support to management on best practice when dealing with employee relation issues.
- Support the Head of People and HR on more complex employee relation issues.
- Assist with the development of people policies and procedures and identify ways to make improvements.
- Manage all data, reporting and insights for quarterly performance reviews and company surveys processes.
- Take an active part in HR projects.
- Be ready for any unplanned events.

- Support in continuing to create a channel of communication and information flow to understand requirements from the business.
- Proactively respond to requests in a timely manner and escalate where necessary to the Head of People and HR.
- Provide support and assist with third-party relationships – Recruitment Agencies, Benefit providers, Facilities Management.
- HR processes and procedures are effective, efficient, and adopted by all.
- Support the full employee lifecycle from the initial hiring stage to offboarding.
- Ensure a successful hiring and onboarding journey for all new starters.
- Create and continuously maintain people records.
- Ensure background screening is completed for all new starters and current team members.
- Manage EOR team members and contractors.
- Produce up to date documentation which complies with current legislation.
- Support in the accurate processing of pay and benefits.
- HR Platforms are regularly maintained, accurate and continuously developed.
- Promote the HRIS, ATS and LMS internally.
- Ensure the HR platform is current and up to date.
- Be innovative in creating a better user journey.
- Continue to champion the GTI culture and values through the platforms.
- Health, Safety and Wellbeing is compliant and effectively embedded into GTI.
- Organise and manage first aid, fire and mental health and wellbeing support for the team.
- Ensure Health and Safety procedures are accurate and up to date.
