We’re building something different. 11:11 is not another influencer agency. We are building a commercially driven brand and talent business focused on long-term growth, not one-off deals. Our focus is simple: build creators into brands, and brands into scalable revenue.

This is not a “walk into a warm desk” position. You will build and own your own desk within 11:11 managing creators, developing brand relationships, and driving revenue across:

  • Brand partnerships
  • Affiliate and performance deals
  • Long-term ambassador agreements
  • Campaign strategy and execution

You will be responsible for growing your own portfolio, both talent and brands and turning that into a high-performing commercial desk.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Signing and managing creators with genuine commercial potential
  • Building relationships with brands and decision-makers
  • Negotiating and closing paid partnerships
  • Driving affiliate revenue and performance-led campaigns
  • Working with creators on positioning, content direction, and growth
  • Turning short-term deals into long-term brand relationships

What This Role Is (and Isn’t)

This is:

  • Commercial
  • Performance-led
  • Hands-on
  • Built for someone who wants ownership

This is not:

  • A purely account management role
  • A “post content and hope” environment
  • A place to hide behind brand names without delivering revenue

What You’ll Get

  • The backing of an established group operating across UK and UAE
  • Existing infrastructure, systems, and brand positioning
  • A growing roster and active brand conversations
  • The opportunity to build something properly with long-term upside

Who This Suits

Someone who:

  • Thinks commercially, not just creatively
  • Understands how creators actually make money
  • Is confident building relationships and closing deals
  • Wants to build their own desk and be accountable for it
  • Is motivated by long-term growth, not quick wins

If you’re looking for a structured role, this isn’t it. If you want ownership, responsibility, and the opportunity to build something meaningful within a serious business we should talk.
