The Opportunity: Shape and lead the future of identity at KPMG. As Head of IAM, you will define and deliver a modern, enterprise-wide identity ecosystem—enabling secure, seamless access for employees, clients, and privileged users across a complex, multi-entity environment. This is a high-impact leadership role, positioning identity as a core pillar of digital transformation, security, and user experience across the firm.
What You’ll Do:
- Set the Vision: Define and execute the IAM strategy across workforce IAM, CIAM, and privileged access.
- Own the Platform: Lead the design, delivery, and operation of market-leading IAM capabilities (MFA, passwordless, identity governance).
- Drive Innovation: Advance modern identity architecture—identity fabrics, Zero Trust, and API-driven approaches.
- Integrate & Simplify: Harmonise fragmented identity systems across merged entities into a seamless, secure experience.
- Govern & Assure: Establish robust IAM policies, standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Lead & Influence: Build and lead a high-performing team while shaping enterprise-wide IAM.
What You Bring:
- Proven leadership in enterprise IAM strategy and delivery.
- Deep expertise across IAM, CIAM, PAM, MFA, and passwordless.
- Strong understanding of modern identity architecture (Zero Trust, identity fabrics).
- Experience with identity governance platforms (e.g. SailPoint).
- Track record operating in complex, federated or post-merger environments.
- Strong grasp of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001).
- Exceptional ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
