Do you enjoy coaching managers, navigating complex employee relations matters, and helping create positive colleague experiences? Our people are our greatest strength, and we're looking for someone who shares that belief.
Due to an internal secondment, we have a two-year fixed-term opportunity for a People Advisor to join our established People Team and play a key role in delivering a professional, people-centred service to approximately 265 colleagues across the Cartrefi Conwy Group.
About Us
Cartrefi Conwy has a clear social purpose: to provide affordable, safe and secure homes while creating opportunities for our tenants to thrive. We are proud to be an award-winning housing association with deep roots in Conwy and a strong commitment to making a positive difference across communities in North Wales.
Through our subsidiary, Creating Enterprise, we reinvest in local communities by creating employment opportunities, supporting local people and delivering services that strengthen our homes and neighbourhoods.
By supporting, developing and empowering colleagues, we can deliver better services for our customers and create a workplace where our people can do their best work.
Guided by our commitments - doing the right thing, leading by example and being stronger together - we are building an inclusive, connected and high-performing culture. This is an opportunity to join a respected organisation and help make a meaningful impact for colleagues, customers and communities.
The Role
Reporting to the Lead People Experience Partner, you will work as part of a committed People Team managing your own caseload and contributing to wider people projects and initiatives.
You'll build trusted relationships with managers across the Group, helping them navigate people challenges confidently and effectively while ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
Your work will include supporting managers with absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance and organisational change matters. This role is central to delivering our People Strategy by helping managers lead confidently, act fairly and create positive colleague experiences.

- Enjoys working collaboratively and genuinely believes in a "one team" approach
- Takes time to understand the business, our services and how colleagues carry out their roles
- Is solution focussed, professionally curious and continuously looks for ways to improve services.
What We Offer
You'll be part of a supportive and ambitious organisation where people matter, your ideas are valued and you'll have the opportunity to influence, improve and shape how we deliver our people services.
