What you'll do day to day:
- Preparing vehicles to a high standard
- Advising the Bodyshop/Service Advisor of any additional work necessary during the repair process
- Working in a team to complete large jobs and assist colleagues where necessary to meet deadlines
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge
- Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work
Helpful skills and qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Motor Industry experience is essential
- Happy to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail
