As a Broker Sales person you will proactively and professionally manage and grow broker sales opportunities and profitability through excellent customer service. What you’ll do day to day:

  • Providing competitive quotations for Contract Hire and other vehicle funding products
  • Ensure all compliance processes are understood and followed
  • Deliver an incredible level of customer experience to our broker partners
  • Provide accurate up to date information and ensure customer records are maintained in line with Company and manufacturer standards
  • Ensure service level agreements are adhered to at all times
  • Proactively promote specific vehicles and campaigns as directed by the Head of Fleet
  • Understand vehicle and deal offer for brands you are responsible for
  • Utilise and be competent using all funder platforms as directed by Head of Fleet
  • Proactively manage a renewal process for existing customers to maximise retention

Helpful skills and qualifications:

  • Sales experience preferably in the automotive sector
  • Experience of using multiple I.T systems
  • Experience in interacting with internal/external customers and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Highly organised, great attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight time schedules
