What you’ll do day to day
- Collection and delivery of vehicles from customers’ homes or work premises, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collection, completing damage reports and informing customers where possible.
- Ensure all photos of vehicle stock are up to date and correctly presented on all ecommerce sites.
- Ensure signage and pricing are correct on vehicle stock on the forecourt.
- Maintain systems and procedures in line with department standards and use them appropriately.
- Complete relevant documentation with customers as needed.
- Receive and process payments from customers where necessary.
- Chauffeur company personnel and/or customers as required.
- Collect/deliver small items as needed.
- Display an enthusiastic, motivated, and committed work approach.
- Control the movement and security of all vehicles on site.
- Maintain accurate records when releasing or receiving vehicles.
