Workshop Controller – Toyota Nottingham
Want to be the best you can be? It’s what drives us too. Working in our aftersales department as a Workshop Controller you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers. As part of a successful, global automotive group, you’ll broaden your experience across both sites and brands. And with the right support from us, you’ll be able to progress as high as you can aim.
What you’ll do day to day:
- Responsible for the day to day running of the workshop
- Ensuring the service and repair technicians achieve their daily targets
- Assisting the service managers in ensuring the department provides the best possible service to the customers
- Achieves agreed profits and retention levels
Helpful skills and qualifications:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Motor Industry experience in a similar role is essential
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work to timescales effectively
- Keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service
- Experience in a main dealer environment
- Strong industry knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure
