What you will do day to day:

  • Develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for the local business clients, maximising the business potential within the area of responsibility and ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service.
  • Prospect and develop business customers in order to achieve maximum business customer retention.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Comply with the FCA regulations and maintain regulated status in the advice, sale and administration of finance and general insurance products.
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulations when handling and processing customer personal data.

Helpful skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships.
  • Ability to deliver first‐class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.
  • A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team's success.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
