What you will do day to day:
- Develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for the local business clients, maximising the business potential within the area of responsibility and ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service.
- Prospect and develop business customers in order to achieve maximum business customer retention.
- Represent the company in a professional manner and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Comply with the FCA regulations and maintain regulated status in the advice, sale and administration of finance and general insurance products.
- Ensure compliance with Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulations when handling and processing customer personal data.
Helpful skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships.
- Ability to deliver first‐class customer service with energy and enthusiasm.
- A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the team's success.
