What you’ll do day to day:

  • Ensure maximum direct selling time.
  • Effective handling of all sales enquiries.
  • Lead and develop all sales executives ensuring they are focussed and adopt a structured approach.
  • Ensure that all operational issues are resolved in a customer centric manner in the shortest possible timeframe.
  • Provide guidance and training to salespersons to improve their job performance with particular emphasis on: Prospecting, customer follow-up and closing deals, Time management.
  • Establish administrative procedures and policies to assist the smooth handling of all business and adequate sales record.

Helpful skills and qualifications:

  • A hands-on leader and financially aware.
  • Ability to negotiate at all levels with strong leadership skills.
  • Motor Industry experience is preferable.
  • Ability to work to timescales effectively.

  • Strong industry knowledge.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
