Talent Acquisition Specialist £31,000 + Employee Benefits Hybrid Working – 2 days in our office in Hebburn Fixed Term Contract Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and be influential in your approach to helping us build great teams across our brands. You will provide pro-active and professional in-house recruitment support to the hiring managers within your business area. Previous recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency Understanding of headhunting and talent pooling Experience of working with an ATS or HR system Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; confident in dealing with the full range of business users, across various channels Extremely organised, self-motivated, and enthusiastic Ability to work on own initiative, as well as part of a team Who we are Group 1 Automotive is on an exciting growth journey.
