What youll do day to day
- Ensure efficient collection of customer vehicles prior to servicing and efficient delivery upon completion.
- Collect and deliver vehicles from customers homes or work premises, ensuring collection and / or completion of all paperwork required.
- Examine customer vehicles for damage and tyre safety prior to collecting vehicle ensuring that damage reports are completed and pointed out to customers wherever possible.
- Take responsibility for thesafe driving of customer vehicles, respecting any personal possessions left in the vehicle.
- Liaise with customers to gain additional information as required.
- Ensure all dealings with customers are handled courteously.
- Collect / deliver small items where required.
- Parts pre-picking and parts deliveries
- Site co-ordination to ensure the presentation of the business with regards to parking
