What You’ll Do Day To Day

  • Develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for local business clients, maximising business potential and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Prospect and develop business customers to achieve maximum retention
  • Represent the company professionally and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Comply with FCA regulations and maintain regulated status in finance and general insurance products
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulations when handling customer personal data

Helpful Skills And Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships
  • Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm
