Our Corporate Fleet Sales Team at BMW Chelmsford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their successful team. This position involves managing the tasks and activities of our Fleet Sales Team to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery or collection, meeting service level agreements and compliance standards set by our National, Broker, and Local Business accounts, as well as Inchcape and OEM standards.

What You’ll Do Day To Day
- Take ownership of vehicle preparation and delivery to customers
- Check vehicle specifications to match customer requirements
- Order delivery packs and notify customers when vehicles are en route
- Book PDI with the Service department
- Ensure all documentation is complete before delivery
- Provide quoting support for our Broker network
- Upload finance documents and order forms, ensuring compliance
- Coordinate vehicle delivery on arrival, follow up with customers, and minimize on-site vehicle time
