What You’ll Do Day To Day
- Servicing our vehicles - you’ll be carrying out checks and maintenance in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Identifying, repairing and replacing components and parts that are faults.
- Liaising with our Service Advisors about required repairs or vehicle work.
- Maintaining repair and service records
- Learn and demonstrate work bay and surrounding area tidiness.
- To always consider the customer impact on any activity with the vehicle, demonstrating our customer-centric approach
- To satisfy the academic requirements of the apprenticeship - engage with our provider and ensure course progress.
