Overview
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and supportive Senior Youth & Play Worker to join our friendly team. You\\\’ll help deliver a range of inclusive, free and high-quality play and youth activities for children, young people and families. In this role, you will:
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of adventure play and youth sessions.
- Supervise and motivate staff and volunteers.
- Ensure sessions are safe, inclusive and engaging.
- Build positive relationships with children, young people and families.
- Contribute to the smooth running of The Vench, maintaining high standards of safety and wellbeing.
- Experience working with children and young people in a play or youth work setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A passion for inclusive, community-based play and youth work.
- The ability to create a safe, fun and supportive environment for all.
