Groundwork London’s Youth Jobs Guarantee programme aims to place and fund wages for around 1000 young people over 18 months. You will support youths referred by JCP into subsidised placements, guiding them through six months and into lasting employment.
You will perform initial assessments, create SMART action plans, and work with Employer Liaison Team to secure roles. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail and client focus are essential.
