Employment Facilitator Salary: £26,228 - £30,933 Location: Blackpool Working pattern: Full time, 36.25 hours per week. Fixed term contract until March 2028 About the role Groundwork Cheshire, Lancashire & Merseyside is looking for an Employment Facilitator to support young people in Blackpool who are unemployed, economically inactive or at risk of becoming NEET. You will help them overcome barriers and take positive steps towards employment, education and training. You will combine group learning with tailored one-to-one support, helping each participant identify their strengths and build a realistic pathway towards sustainable work. This is a chance to help young people believe in themselves and develop the skills and confidence to move into rewarding futures.
