Overview
16.5 hours (flexibility required) to be worked as follows: Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 1:30pm – 4:00pm, Wednesdays 9:00am – 4:00pm. Salary meets minimum wage. Based in Rhymney, Caerphilly. The role is demanding and rewarding, working for a social enterprise, within a leading regeneration charity.
Responsibilities
- Positively promote the services and opportunities to external organisations and communities.
- Store customer and stock paperwork to ensure confidentiality in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Carry out warehouse and yard duties to ensure housekeeping procedures are adhered to.
- Work with other staff in the organisation to help meet targets set by management.
- Input, verify and correct data where necessary and combine and rearrange data from source documents where required.
- Comply with risk control measures and report any health and safety concerns to managers.
- Have attention to detail when maintaining logbooks, inputting data and completing documents, whilst complying with data integrity and security policies.
- Have an excellent telephone manner, customer service skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be confident in using software applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
