Role Overview
We\'re looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Project Support Officer to join our friendly team at Groundwork. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting two of our vital services - Healthier & Wealthier (H&W) and General Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) - helping residents across County Durham to access the support they need to improve their wellbeing and financial resilience. As the first point of contact for enquiries, you\'ll manage incoming referrals, coordinate appointments, and help clients access the most suitable support. Using a friendly and professional approach, you\'ll empower people to make informed choices and connect them with the right advice or partner organisation. You\'ll also provide essential administrative and operational support to our advisers and help keep our projects running smoothly day to day.
