We're seeking an enthusiastic Project Assistant with a passion for nature and people to help our existing team plan and deliver a range of outdoor nature activities across the site. This 6‑month paid training placement will provide the Project Assistant with experience and support to develop a wider career within the community and nature sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead groups of volunteers on site with nature based tasks.
- Support adults of all abilities, including those with learning disabilities and neurodivergence.
- Support the delivery of the early years programme with pre‑school aged children and their parents/guardians.
Qualifications:
This role requires a clear Enhanced DBS check.
Benefits:
Up to 29 hours per week, 6‑month fixed‑term contract, salary of £20,338.37 based on 29 hours per week.
