We are looking to recruit a Weekend Café Supervisor to work closely with the Café Kitchen Manager in our vibrant community café within the The Bale House Visitor Centre at Hastings Country Park known for its outstanding views, beauty and rare flora and fauna. You will provide a welcoming front of house service, excellent customer service and quality food and beverages to local community and visitors.

In the absence of the manager, you will supervise and lead the team of café assistants to ensure the smooth running of the café including managing rotas, absence and providing feedback. If you have experience and knowledge of catering/ café operations, food preparation and staff supervision, please get in touch!
