Groundwork North Wales is seeking an enthusiastic Youth Engagement Lead to support environmental volunteering opportunities for young people across North East Wales, working with the Reserves Team to help neurodivergent individuals and those facing mental health challenges participate in our nature reserves.
You will recruit, mentor and support volunteers aged 16+ and coordinate learning and progression into employment or further education, while ensuring safeguarding and inclusivity.
