Groundwork North Wales Group is seeking a Senior Reserves Lead (Maternity Cover) to manage and enhance nature reserves across North Wales. This role will plan and oversee practical conservation work, lead a small team of Reserves Officers, and foster habitat improvements and biodiversity monitoring.
This full-time 37.5-hour position offers leadership opportunities, community engagement, and the chance to develop environmental projects while supporting staff and volunteers during the maternity.
