Groundwork NE & Cumbria is seeking a dedicated and proactive Regional Maintenance & Compliance Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the upkeep of our premises, ensuring they are safe, functional, and welcoming for everyone.

About the Role
As a Maintenance Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, playing a key role in maintaining the buildings and sites across the North East and Cumbria. You’ll be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, conducting repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of health and safety practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
