Role Overview
We are seeking two inspiring and motivated Employment Advisors to work as part of the Restart team in Hounslow, providing quality IAG to clients seeking employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients who have been mid to long‑term unemployed.
- Complete an initial assessment with clients.
- Devising SMART action plans to support progression.
- Job brokerage and maintaining compliant records of interventions.
- Manage key outcomes of the programme and meet performance targets.
- Self‑manage your caseload and contribute to the success of the wider team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to meet the needs of clients.
- Experience of stakeholder engagement and outreach work.
- An understanding of the barriers some clients may face in reaching their potential.
- Good attention to detail and ability to record client journeys to ensure contract compliance.
- The ability to self‑manage whilst contributing to the success of the whole team.
- A qualification in Advice & Guidance would be advantageous.
