Role Overview

We are seeking two inspiring and motivated Employment Advisors to work as part of the Restart team in Hounslow, providing quality IAG to clients seeking employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients who have been mid to long‑term unemployed.
  • Complete an initial assessment with clients.
  • Devising SMART action plans to support progression.
  • Job brokerage and maintaining compliant records of interventions.
  • Manage key outcomes of the programme and meet performance targets.
  • Self‑manage your caseload and contribute to the success of the wider team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to meet the needs of clients.
  • Experience of stakeholder engagement and outreach work.
  • An understanding of the barriers some clients may face in reaching their potential.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to record client journeys to ensure contract compliance.
  • The ability to self‑manage whilst contributing to the success of the whole team.
  • A qualification in Advice & Guidance would be advantageous.
