Qualifications
Basic Requirements
- Possess over 20 years of professional experience in financial management, capital operations, financial services, or related industries.
- Demonstrate a stable career trajectory, including a continuous tenure of at least 5 years at a single organization.
- Have previously served in a senior financial leadership role, such as CFO, VP of Finance, Financial Controller, or an equivalent position.
- Possess deep expertise in corporate finance, capital management, financial planning, risk control, and capital market operations.
