As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised and versatile Print Production & Operations Manager to play a key role in keeping our projects and office running smoothly.
The Role
You’ll oversee print production, manage campaign delivery, and optimise internal operations. You’ll also be a key player in refining processes, working closely with clients and suppliers to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients and print teams to ensure artwork is delivered flawlessly.
- Manage schedules, coordinate internal teams, and oversee campaign delivery.
- Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations, handling suppliers, equipment, and admin.
About You
- Experience in production management, operations, or a similar role in media or creative industries.
- Excellent administration & organisational skills.
- Ability to manage workloads independently & meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
- Bonus: A passion for music & the arts (not essential but a plus!)
