The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Campaign Executive to join our growing team and support the delivery, optimisation, and reporting of paid digital campaigns across music, arts, and cultural clients. This is a hands-on digital execution role, working across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads. You’ll work closely with the account lead and media planners, translating campaign briefs and direction into well-structured, accurately managed digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, programmatic, and audio channels.
- Translate campaign briefs and direction into structured, well-set-up digital campaigns.
- Manage paid media calendars, ensuring campaigns launch and update on time.
- Monitor campaign performance and carry out ongoing optimisation.
- Accurately manage digital budgets and track spend using internal tools and admin sheets.
- Support end-of-campaign (EOC) reporting by analysing performance data and feeding insights into client-ready reports.
- Ensure conversion tracking and tagging are correctly implemented and maintained.
- Work closely with account leads and planners to ensure success.
About You
- At least 1 year’s experience in digital marketing, paid media, or a relevant role (agency or in-house).
- Confident working with paid digital platforms such as Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Attentive to detail and numbers, with the ability to interpret results and draw meaningful insights across campaigns.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail - particularly around budgets and campaign setup.
- Comfortable working from guidance and briefs, while applying initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and confident communicator when working with internal teams.
- Proactive, curious, and keen to continue developing your digital skillset.
- Interest in music, arts, and culture is a strong plus.
