Based in Old Street, London, we are transforming how organisations conduct global due diligence across 250+ jurisdictions, combining comprehensive digital records with expert human intelligence through pioneering AI and tech workflows.
We are looking for a Director, Client Success to ensure our clients maximise value from the GTI platform while driving retention, adoption, and growth. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you will work directly with our most important accounts while solidifying the processes and frameworks that will enable us to scale. You will be the primary architect of our client success function—building deep relationships with senior stakeholders, solving immediate client needs, enhancing scalable systems for the future and ensuring our clients grow their business with us.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic accounts
- Drive client onboarding, adoption, ongoing engagement and additional use-cases
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients to ensure they are continuing to see value and to identify further opportunities to work together
- Own key metrics including NPS, retention rate, platform adoption, account growth and NRR
- Design and implement scalable onboarding processes and client success workflows
- Partner with GTI’s due diligence experts and engineers to champion client needs and influence roadmap priorities
- Establish the framework for client success that will scale as the company grows
Required Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in client success, account management, or client services
- Background in corporate intelligence, investigations, due diligence, third party risk management, or risk consulting
- Proven track record managing complex B2B client relationships
- Experience in a SaaS or technology business environment preferred but not essential
- Comfortable operating hands-on as an individual contributor
- Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems from the ground up
