THE ROLE:
- Answering all phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Processing customer orders accurately.
- Responding to all customer enquiries and building strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with agents and drivers.
- Processing bookings via phone and emails, adding relevant notes on jobs.
- Lifting and moving overnight boxes around the warehouse.
- Responding to emails and generating quotes for national/international travel.
- Booking Email jobs in our system and replying to all customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Inputting data with overnight/international agents.
- Completing POD's.
- Completing International parcel Proforma invoices.
- Sourcing new agents.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Proficient on email, Word, and Excel.
- 1+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced office admin/customer service environment and can make quick decisions that are right for the company and the customer.
- Ideally from a courier/overnight background.
- Physically capable of moving boxes weighing up to 20kg.
- Uses their own initiative and thrives in being able to work independently but can identify when support is required.
- Someone who is looking to grow and progress their career with the company.
- An enthusiastic and driven person who is willing to learn.
- Must be reliable and on time.
- Must live within a commutable distance of SW11.
- We are looking for someone to start immediately. This is a long-term role with lots of opportunities to grow within the company.
