Technical Support Specialist / Project Engineer

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Support Specialist with extensive IT, Networking, and some coding/programming experience. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of digital signage environments. Responsibilities include installing and configuring computer and display systems, diagnosing faults, and solving technical problems. The role also involves generating API/Interface scripts/code for monitoring and remote management of systems.
Qualifications
- Technical support and troubleshooting experience with hardware and software
- Developing interface/API scripts and code to exercise equipment monitoring and controls
- Proficiency in installing and configuring computer systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train users
- Experience with remote desktop support tools and technologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in the digital signage technology or customer experience industry is a plus
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
