Are you an experienced HGV/Plant/GSE Technician looking for something a little different? We're recruiting for a specialist airside engineering team at Birmingham Airport, working on a diverse fleet including HGVs, plant vehicles and ground support equipment (GSE) in a highly regulated airport environment where safety, reliability and precision are critical.

Duties:

  • Maintenance & repairs of HGVs, plant and GSE
  • Diagnostics & fault finding on specialist equipment
  • Working within a professional airside environment

Experience:

  • Applicants should ideally hold Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
  • Previous experience with HGV/Plant/GSE vehicles
  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Ability to pass 5 year employment history vetting (airport requirement)
  • HGV licence desirable
