We are excited to be opening Berkshire Manor, a beautiful purpose-built care home, this September, and we’re looking for a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our founding team. Berkshire Manor will offer residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care across 72 private en-suite rooms, with state-of-the-art facilities designed to deliver exceptional care and comfort.

Location: Berkshire Manor, Ringmead, Bracknell RG12 7TB

Hours: 40.25 hours per week

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Contract: Full time

Shift: Days (including some weekends)

  • Providing excellent care and support to our residents
  • Assisting with meals and daily activities
  • Supporting family members and visitors
  • Actively participating in various training and up-skilling sessions
  • Day-to-day activities and providing companionship

What you need:

  • A can-do attitude
  • Be a compassionate and caring person
  • Be a true team player
  • Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – this is advantageous but not essential as full training is given
